The solutions the ADR entity can give in a dispute handled through the ODR Platform can be of different types:

  • a solution you reach along the trader on the basis of a dialogue moderated by the ADR entity;
  • a recommendation for the parties on the ways to solve their dispute;
  • a solution compulsory only for the trader or for both parties.

The ODR Platform contains information on each ADR entity and the types of solutions they can reach.

If you are not satisfied with the solution, depending on its type, you can ignore it or you can go to court. In some situations, you cannot do anything and you will have to accept it. The same things are valid also for the trader.
